Cross
bite

When you close your mouth and some of your upper teeth are seated inside your lower teeth, rather than outside, as you normally would, your orthodontist calls it a cross bite.

A cross bite can cause your teeth to wear down or chip. It can also cause your gums to start to recede or make small indentations above the gum line. This type of damage can lead to painful gum problems or even loss of bone mass.

Clearfy's Invisible Aligner Treatment can repair some types of crossbite. With an appointment at one of our locations you will know if it is possible for free.
